Many online players have signed up with various platforms only to find that their VIP programs are nothing more than a label — minimal cashback, no personal touch, and rewards that never quite arrive. At topone, we understand that frustration, and that's exactly why our VIP program is built on a genuinely different approach.
Since we launched, topone has put member experience at the core of everything we do. We don't just advertise large cashback figures on paper — we make sure every ringgit of your rewards actually reaches your account, processed automatically with no manual claims required. This isn't just a promise; it's how we operate every day.
Every topone member starts at the Silver tier — and even that already comes with benefits far better than what you'd find on a typical platform. Your welcome bonus is credited immediately after your first registration, and weekly cashback starts accruing from day one. No trial period, no hidden conditions leaving you guessing.
As your gaming activity grows and reward points accumulate, the topone system will automatically upgrade your membership tier. You do not need to track this yourself — the platform will notify you when a new tier is reached, and all new benefits activate on the same day.
Gold Members begin to feel a real difference. Weekly cashback increases to 1%, and higher withdrawal limits give you more flexibility in managing your wins. The extra deposit bonus means every top-up goes further than what you put in.
Many loyal topone members say that reaching the Platinum tier was a turning point in their gaming experience. This is where your personal account manager steps in. Unlike standard live chat support, your personal account manager knows your gaming history, understands your preferences, and is ready to recommend the most relevant promotions for your play style.
Birthday gifts and special surprises are among the reasons Platinum Members feel truly valued. topone keeps your important dates on record, and on the right day, a small but meaningful surprise will appear in your account — no request or reminder needed. This personal touch is what sets topone apart from platforms that focus purely on numbers.
The Diamond tier is the highest achievement in the topone VIP program, and those who reach it truly experience what it means to be our most valued member. The 3.5% weekly cashback is among the highest in the industry, and when calculated over a full month, the total can be remarkably significant.
Priority withdrawals mean your request is processed before others — no long queues, no delays to worry about. Your money, when you want it. Early access to new games adds an exclusive experience that regular members simply don't get — you become part of a select group that shapes feedback on games before they launch.
One of the most common complaints players have about other VIP programs is how difficult it is to understand how points are calculated. At topone, we take a straightforward and transparent approach. Every RM10 deposited earns you 1 reward point. Gaming activity also contributes to point accumulation, allowing active players to level up faster.
Tier evaluation is conducted at the start of each month, based on total points accumulated over the previous 30 days. This gives every member a clear strategy to work towards a higher tier. No hidden formulas, no surprising calculations — what you see is what you get.
While the topone VIP program is designed to reward active members, we never lose sight of our responsibility towards player well-being. Every VIP member retains full access to self-control tools such as daily deposit limits, session time limits, and the option to take a temporary break from the platform whenever needed.
We believe responsible entertainment is sustainable entertainment. Personal account managers for Platinum and Diamond Members are also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and will reach out if there are any concerns. Your trust in topone is a responsibility we take seriously.
